Negotiations on the creation of Black Sea grain pool are suspended , declared the President of the Russian Grain Union, Arkadii Zlochevskii.
A.Zlochevskii stated that without Ukraine the pool is senseless. He also added that the question should be temporary suspended and the Union is waiting for Ukrainian situation stabilization in order to resume the issue.
