After the Crimean annexation by Russia it is necessary to provide more multipurpose consideration of the Black Sea-Azov basin development, declared the Presidential Adviser Igor Levitin on March 24, 2014.
I.Levitin stated the project is important for Russian economic, but there are no hard terms.
He also mentioned, in order to provide further development of the Black-Azov Sea region port capacities it is necessary to make spur around Krasnodar.
I.Levitin added there was appropriation of funds of nearly 50 bln RUB in order to provide the capacity needed for the Black-Azov Sea region.
