Ukraine: UGA applied to remove barriers for free trade with Сhina
On March 23, 2014 the Ukrainian Grain Association applied to the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukrain Ihor Shvaika to remove the barriers, preventing the private companies to export grain to China.
It is necessary to make the procedure of the enterprises including into the register of exporters and elevators, allowed to export grains to China, more clear and provide it with the full access. Also there are unclear requirements to the enterprises, intended to pass the certification and the procedures of phytosanitary certification.
Within a year companies have been unable to get from the Ministry the information about the trade conditions, menwhile the State Food Grain Corporation of Ukraine supplies grain on the Chinese market.
