To date Ukraine completely executes the contract obligations on the export supplies of grains to China, declared Igor Schwayka, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, on March 25, 2014.
He also denied all statements that China already raised a claim to Ukraine by judicial means on breach of the contract conditions in terms of grain exports by State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine.
According to him, the talks about the fact that China sued Ukraine are not true. Indeed, Ukraine has complicated negotiations with the Chinese party, but both parties managed to maintain normal business relationships. Moreover, I.Schwayka mentioned that he recently met with the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China, and the last one confirmed the seriousness of intentions regarding continuation of the cooperation and outlined the possibility of its expansion.
