The European Union is ready to apply the third level sanctions against Russia, declared the Chairman of the EU José Manuel Barroso on March 25, 2014.
J.M.Barroso stated the sanctions to effect the banking sector and all economic sectors as well. He added the EU hopes that there will be no necessities to apply the third package of sanctions.
The Chairman mentioned the EU should show to Russia that its behavior against Ukraine is unacceptable.
