On April 2, 2014, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Prime Minister of Ukraine, declared that he forecasts stabilization of USD/UAH exchange rates in Ukraine after obtaining of the credit from the International Monetary Fund.
A.Yatsenyuk informed that during three recent weeks the USD rate varies at the level of 11 UAH. It is absolutely natural entity if there is uncertainty on the markets, but the Government managed to avoid the USD rate slump. He added that the situation will develop on how and when the IMF and other financing organizations provide the credit funds, which will influence the USD rate.
