Ukraine: rate of inflation to reach 15% - World Bank
The World Bank forecasted that in 2014 the rate of inflation in Ukraine will reach the level of 15% compared with the index in December 2013. The Bank worsened its forecast on the economic development of Ukraine, manifested in October 2013, and confirmed in January 2014, declared Anastasia Golovach, economist of the representative office of the World Bank in Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova, on April 4.
As a reminder, in January 2014 the World Bank remained the October forecast of the economic growth in Ukraine in 2014 without changes, at the level of 2%, and fixed the forecast on the rate of inflation at the level of 2%.
