Ukraine: in March 2014, the sea ports increased grain exports
According to the monitoring data by experts of APK-Inform Agency, in March 2014 Ukraine increased grain exports from the sea ports by 6% - to the level of 2.74 mln tonnes, against 2.59 mln tonnes in February. In particular, in the reporting period the exports of wheat totaled 294.4 thsd tonnes, against 266.6 thsd tonnes in the previous month, maize - 2.42 mln tonnes (2.3 mln tonnes), barley - 3.5 thsd tonnes (7.4 thsd tonnes), wheat bran - 20.4 thsd tonnes (6.6 thsd tonnes).
