EU Council to approve the credit for Ukraine
On April 14, 2014 the Council for Foreign Affairs of the European Union plans to approve the financial assistance assignment for Ukraine at the amount of 1 bln EUR.
The Council will adopt few issues of the support package, approved on March 5, 2014: macro financial assistance for the Ukrainian economics' support, stabilization and reforms in Ukraine. The assistance by the medium-term credit providing at the amount of nearly 1 bln EUR will. The stated issue to promote the instant coverage of the Ukrainian foreign balance demands, declared in the Governmental economic program and supported by the IMF. It will be the additional assignment to the previously approved macro financial assistance at the amount of 610 mln EUR.
