According to the data of APK-Inform, Ukrainian grain market faced the record high prices for milling wheat in the recent few years. To date the purchasing prices for 2-nd and 3d grade wheat are declared at the level of 3050 UAH/t and 3000 UAH/t respectively, up 300 UAH/t compared to the rate of the previous week.
At the same time, in 2012/13 MY the demand prices for 2-nd and 3d grade wheat reached 2500 UAH/t and 2400 UAH/t CPT, as opposed to the previous MY (2000 UAH/t and 1900 UAH/t CPT respectively).
To date the agricultural producers continue to offer small parties of grain at prices level of 2700-3000 UAH/t EXW. On the same date of 2012/13 MY and 2011/12 MY the demand prices were declared at the level of 2050-2480 UAH/t and 1700-2050 UAH/t EXW respectively.
