The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposes to found the single State Financial Investigative Service and considers the possibility of the tax compromise provision for the entrepreneurs being made to be the part of the preceding government schemes, declared the Prime-Minister of Ukraine, Arseniy Yatsenyuk on April 18, 2014.
A.Yatsenyuk stated the government prepared the Draft Law on the Financial Investigative Service formation.
The Prime-Minister mentioned that the aim of the Law is to found the single service, instead of the seven controlling bodies, in order to examine the economic and financial issues of the entrepreneurs' activity. The institution should provide the off-side control.
A.Yatsenyuk added that it is necessary to decide on the additional compromise between the subjects of the entrepreneurial activity and the State.
