In April, 2014 the inflation rate in Kazakhstan totaled 0.6%, compared to the same rate of March, declared the Statistic Agency of Kazakhstan.
According to the data of the Agency, in the stated period the prices for the food commodities increased by 1%, non-foods ones – by 0.6%, the prices for tariffs and paid services – by 0.2%.
Since the beginning of the current year the rate of inflation has reached 3.9% and 6.5%, as opposed to the same rate of December and April, 2013 respectively.
