IMF to provide Kyrgyzstan with the credit
The International Monetary Fund will allocate 15 mln USD for Kyrgyzstan, declared the Head of the IMF mission in Kyrgyzstan, Christian Beddis on May 16, 2014.
C.Beddis stated the allocated funds will be directed to the budget of the country. At the same time, the usage of the stated funds will be approved by the Executive Council of IMF. Thus, the meeting of the Council will be held in the end of June, 2014.
The Head of the mission added that the interests on the stated credit total 0.25%. Within the financial program, Kyrgyzstan will repay the credit in 10 years. At the same time, the credit grace period totals five years.
