The Government of Russia can change the sums of financing of several state programs, but the reporting measure is not related to possible sanctions against Russia, declared Alexey Ulyukaev, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, on May 18 at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum (APEC) in China.
At the same time, A.Ulyukaev said that he did not think the situation is caused by significant foreign corporate debt of Russia.
Also, he said how the Ministry plans to respond to a possible reduction of investments. Thus, the Ministry will accelerate efforts to realize the roadmap timeline of the national business initiatives, and solution of the problems of public private partnerships for infrastructure projects with participation of the National Welfare Fund and foreign investors. They, along with the Russian Direct Investment Fund may participate in the issue, said A.Ulyukaev.
