Russia: Government to support the mid- and small-scale business in the Crimea
On May 21, 2014 the Government of Russia took a decision on the amending of the Rules on the allocation and provision with the subsidies from the federal budget in order to support the mid- and small-sized enterprises, including the farm ones.
The stated Decree provides the allocation of the budget assignments to the Crimea at the amount of 142.5 mln RUR. At the same time, the financial support for Sevastopol will total 47.5 mln RUR on the development of the mid- and small-sized enterprises. Meanwhile, the level of the co-financing expenditure obligations of the stated subjects will total 5%.
