As of May 23, 2014, agrarians of Kazakhstan already planted spring grains throughout the areas of 5.753 mln ha, or 38.5% of the plan, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As of the reporting date, Kazakhstan planted oilseeds throughout 1.541 mln ha (72.6%), perennial grasses - 247.8 thsd ha (85.5%), rice - 74.5 thsd ha (81.3%).
