The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation approved the program of development for the milling industry of Russia in 2014-2016 period. Nikolai Fedorov, Head of the Ministry, signed the respective decree #166 on May 23, 2014.
The target indicators of the program stipulate the annual production volumes of flour in 2016 at the level of 10.1 mln tonnes, groats - 1.36 mln tonnes.
The general investments for realization of the program will total 6.825 bln RUR, including 1.978 bln RUR in 2014, 2.399 bln RUR in 2015, and 2.388 bln RUR in 2016.
