Crimean agrarians are poorly provided with fuel reserves
To date the level of provision of Crimean agrarians with fuel for the harvesting campaign in 2014 totals only 6.3% of the required volumes, declared Ivan Metelkov, Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of the Crimea, on June 10.
The complete complex of harvesting works requires 16.9 thsd tonnes of diesel fuel, 3.6 thsd tonnes of gasoline and 500 tonnes of diesel oil. As of June 6, diesel stocks at agricultural enterprises of the Republic totaled 1.1 thsd tonnes only, gasoline - 500 tonnes, said the Deputy Minister.
According to him, conclusion of the contracts with payment on a deferred basis between agricultural producers and suppliers of fuel and lubrication materials is one of the solutions for the reporting issue.
