In 2013/14 MY the shipment volumes of bulk cargoes from the Mariupol Sea Commercial Port may decline compared with the previous season, due to worsening of the political situation in eastern oblasts of Ukraine, declared Rodion Rybchinskiy, Head of business-projects department of APK-Inform Agency, on June 18 in Odessa during his speech at the international conference "Grain Forum - 2014".
