Ukraine: process of development of large-scale agricultural holdings to continue - expert
Ukraine should continue the current process of foundation of new and development of existing large-scale agricultural holdings, because the country has all necessary resources for such purpose, and Ukraine owns one of largest banks of agricultural lands in Europe, declared Henri Barnabot, Agrarian counselor of the Embassy of France in Ukraine, on June 17 in Odessa at the conference "Grain Forum - 2014".
At the same time, he added that the Government of Ukraine should develop programs to support small and medium-scale enterprises, and the further diversification of agricultural production.
However, to date there are no such programs in Ukraine, said the expert.
