According to the data of the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan, as for July 7, 2014 agrarians of the country had harvested 853 thsd ha of grains.
As of the reported date grain harvest had totaled 1.926 mln tonnes, including 1.239 mln tonnes of wheat. The average yield is at the level of 2.37 tonnes/ha.
Noted, that in 2013 in Azerbaijan the grain general production totaled 2.9 mln tonnes.
