Crimea proposes to ban farming lands sales
The Council of Ministers of the Crimea proposes to ban Crimean farming lands sales for three years, declared the Deputy Chairman, Nikolai Yanaki on July 16, 2014.
N.Yanaki stated the priority right for lands' purchase must have Crimean habitants, which grow harvest and pay a rent.
Also, the Heads of the districts state administrations was charged to hold lands classification, whereas nearly 30% of land parcels in the region are uncultivated.
