Russia may completely stop food imports from Ukraine - Rosselkhoznadzor
Russia can completely stop the imports of food commodities from Ukraine in the period of negotiation process on the European integration of Ukraine, declared Alexey Alekseyenko, Assistant to Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor), on July 23.
According to him, when Ukraine starts fulfilling requirements of the European legislation, which differs from the standards of the CIS countries, there are still a number of issues. Therefore, there is some possibility of stoppage of products supplying from Ukraine to Russia.
