According to the official statistics, in June 2014 Russia produced 31.5 thsd tonnes of crude soybean oil, an increase of 44% compared with the production in May 2014 (21.8 thsd tonnes).
In the reporting month the most significant increase of the indicator was achieved in the Northwestern Federal District (up 92%, to 21.9 thsd tonnes), and the Central Federal District (up 21%, to 4.9 thsd tonnes).
At the same time, during 10 months of 2013/14 MY the production of crude soybean oil in Russia totaled 255.1 thsd tonnes, down 13% compared with the same period of the previous season.
