The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine did not support the resignation of Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Prime Minister of Ukraine. Thus, only 16 people's deputies voted for his resignation on July 31, while the minimum required number totals 226.

We should note that despite the fact that the reporting session of the Parliament was held behind closed doors, the issue on resignation of the Prime Minister was discussed in public.

As a reminder, on July 24 A.Yatsenyuk, Prime Minister of Ukraine, resigned due to collapse of the coalition in the Verkhovna Rada, and refusal of the Parliament to support the initiatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
