Since the beginning of 2014/15 MY, and as of August 4, 2014, Ukraine exported 2.363 mln tonnes of grains, declared the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
According to the announcement, wheat exports totaled 974 thsd tonnes, barley – 1065 thsd tonnes, maize – 298 thsd tonnes, other grains – 26 thsd tonnes.
In addition, as of reporting date there were loaded nearly 218 thsd tonnes of grains to the vessels.
Thus, the general volume of exported and prepared for exports grains reached 2.581 mln tonnes (including 1038 thsd tonnes of wheat, 1.157 mln tonnes of barley, 360 thsd tonnes of maize).
