Since August 25, the EU canceled the Health Certificate for Ukrainian sunflower oil
Since August 25, 2014, the European Commission canceled the effect of the EC regulation #1151/2009 dd. November 27, 2009 "On imposing the special conditions governing the import of sunflower oil originating in or consigned from Ukraine, due to contamination risks by mineral oil”, reported the press-service of the association Ukroliyaprom with reference to the corresponding letter of the European Commission #15-07/244 dd. August 14.
As a reminder, the reporting Regulation provides for the further realization of certification and preliminary notification on each case of supply of Ukrainian sunflower oil to the EU countries.
