Since the beginning of 2014/15 MY, and as of August 27, 2014, Ukraine exported 4.507 mln tonnes of grains, declared the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, wheat exports totaled 2.384 mln tonnes, barley – 1.689 mln tonnes, maize – 377 thsd tonnes, other grains – 57 thsd tonnes.
According to the announcement, as of reporting date there were loaded nearly 214 thsd tonnes of grains to the vessels.
Thus, the general volume of exported and prepared for exports grains reached 4.721 mln tonnes (including 2.589 mln tonnes of wheat, 1.698 mln tonnes of barley, 377 thsd tonnes of maize).
