The customs duties for Georgian goods entering to the EU market, are simplified on September 1 2014.
The Association Agreement with the European Union, which is an integral part on deep and comprehensive free trade area, was signed in Brussels on 27 June 2014. The Agreement comes into force after being ratified by the parliaments of the countries signatories, by the European Parliament and by the parliaments of the EU member states. At this stage a temporary mode of the Agreement comes into effect.
