Since the beginning of 2014/15 MY (July 1, 2014) and as of September 10, 2014, Russia had already exported nearly 8.75 mln tonnes, up 23.2% compared to the previous season (7.1 mln tonnes), declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
According to the report of the Ministry, wheat exports totaled 7.69 mln tonnes of the total rate, barley - 910 thsd tonnes, maize - 114 thsd tonnes, other crops - 42 thsd tonnes.
In the period of September 1-10, 2014 Russia exported 975 thsd tonnes of grain, including wheat - 805 thsd tonnes, barley - 112 thsd tonnes, maize - 53 thsd tonnes, other crops - 5 thsd tonnes.
