According to the oblast departments of agriculture, as of September 18 agricultural producers of Kazakhstan harvested grains throughout 7.742 mln ha, or 51.4% of the planted areas. The production volumes reached 8.293 mln tonnes of grains, with the average yield of 1.07 t/ha, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As a reminder, on the same date in 2013 Kazakhstan harvested grains throughout 8.789 mln ha. The produced volumes totaled 10.386 mln tonnes, with the yield of 1.18 t/ha.
