The Embassy of France in Ukraine addressed to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine on the problem of grain transport outward Dnepropetrovsk oblast due to the creation of strategic stocks.
Note, it is difficult to anticipate the end of grain reserve stocks filling, meanwhile the enterprise risks to incomplete the contract terms and to face considerable financial losses and penal sanctions. The regional autonomy decision on the grain transport ban has not the legal force according to the current legislation, and conflicts with the Article 18 of the Ukrainian Law «About grain and grain market in Ukraine».
