According to the lawyers estimations, there are not registered nearly 30% of agricultural land areas in the Crimea, declared Elena Popova, Head of the legal center Crimea, on October 23.
According to her, on July 31 the Crimean authorities adopted the law on the features of regulation of property and land matters on the peninsula territory. The land areas which were not structured for that moment, “are considered as the property of the Republic of Crimea", so the authorities of the peninsula shall manipulate the areas at their own discretion.
