As of October 27, Russia harvested grains and pulses throughout the areas of nearly 42.9 mln ha or 95% of the planned areas. The produced volumes reached 107.3 mln tonnes of grains in bunker weight, with the average yield of 2.5 t/ha, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
In particular, agrarians harvested winter and spring wheat throughout 23.4 mln ha, or 95%. The production totaled 61.2 mln tonnes, with the yield of 2.62 t/ha.
Russia harvested winter and spring barley throughout the areas of 8.9 mln ha or 97.6%. The produced volumes totaled 21 mln tonnes of the grain, with the yield of 2.35 t/ha.
Agrarians harvested maize for grain throughout over 2 mln ha, or 77.2% of the planted areas. The produced volumes reached 9.3 mln tonnes with the average yield of 4.55 t/ha.
Russia harvested sunflower seed throughout the areas of 5.6 mln ha (82%). The oilseed production totaled 8 mln tonnes, with the average yield of 1.44 t/ha.
Agrarians harvested winter and spring rapeseed throughout 988.9 thsd ha or 83.1% of the planned areas. The production volumes totaled 1.4 mln tonnes with the yield of 1.43 t/ha.
Russia harvested 2.2 mln tonnes of soybeans throughout 1.6 mln ha (82.9% of the plan), with the yield of 1.36 t/ha.
Also, Russian agrarians continued planting winter grains for the harvest-2015. As of the reporting date, Russia planted winter grains throughout the areas of 16.3 mln ha (99% of the forecast).
