According to agricultural departments of the subjects of the Russian Federation, as of November 6 agrarians planted winter grains for the harvest-2015 throughout the areas of 16.43 mln ha, or 99.6% of the planned areas (16.503 mln ha), up 1.89 mln ha compared with the same date last year, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia on November 7.
To date the country almost completed the planting campaign of winter crops. The North Caucasian Federal District and the Republic of Crimea still continue the field works by agrotechnical terms.
