On November 12, 2014, the Crimean State Council took a decision on PJSC Krymkhleb and its unit PJSC Simferopolskiy bakery plant nationalization.
Note, the stock exchange FSTS stopped sales of the stated companies’ equities. The enterprises' administration stated Krymkhleb and Simferopolskiy plant received 35 mln RUR of investments in production in the beginning of 2014, thus their nationalization is not necessary.
