According to estimations of APK-Inform analysts, to date the minimum and maximum tariffs for the basic operations at elevators in Ukraine significantly differ. Thus, the complex processing of grain masses at outdated elevators with high energy costs, is more expensive in nearly 3.6 times compared with modern elevators with energy-efficient and highly productive technical equipment. At the same time, the average tariffs throughout the country exceed the minimum ones in nearly 2.2 times.

Thus, after improving the technical maintenance of grain elevators, one can reduce the costs for grain processing and storage in Ukraine in more than 2 times.
