In Russia the grain harvest of 2014 provides the country's food security on a full scale, declared Dmitriy Medvedev, Prime Minister of Russia, on November 24.
According to the announcement, the crop production by primary positions even exceeded the food security rates.
Besides, D.Medvedev noted there is animal products production increase: the hog, poultry, milk production.
Also, Russia is able to provide its food safety, and considering the water supply, tillage and other resources availability, to reach the top position on the agrarian commodities production, stated D.Medvedev.
