Since the beginning of 2014/15 MY, and as of December 24, Ukraine exported 18.198 mln tonnes of grains, declared the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, wheat exports totaled 7.896 mln tonnes, barley – 3.552 mln tonnes, maize – 6.556 mln tonnes, other grains – 194 thsd tonnes.
According to the announcement, as of reporting date there were loaded nearly 391 thsd tonnes of grains to the vessels.
Thus, the general volume of exported and prepared for exports grains reached 18.589 mln tonnes (including 8.006 mln tonnes of wheat, 3.58 mln tonnes of barley, 6.809 mln tonnes of maize).
