The Council of the EU formally prolonged the sanctions till September 15, 2015, imposed against 150 individuals and 37 entities of the Russian Federation, the Crimea, and self-appointed DPR and LPR, stated the press-service of the Council of the European Union.
The decision came into force after its publication in the Official Journal of the EU on March 14.
Remind that the decision on the individual sanctions prolongation was adopted by the Heads of the EU member states on January 29, 2015.
