Agrarians of the Crimea are facing difficulties with the plant protein production. Thus, the companies are forced to buy animal feed production components from the neighboring subjects, declared the Minister of Agriculture of the Crimea Vitaly Polishchuk on March 24.
The Minister noted that plant protein crops production in the Crimea decreased due to the North Crimean irrigation canal overlap.
According to V.Polishchuk, the products, raw-materials and components deliver prise to increase to 40% (from 30%) by causing the animal feed production costs and plant and animal protein price rise as well.
