The Association "Ukroliyaprom" worked out a number of proposals to the Strategy on development of agriculture and rural areas in Ukraine for 2015-2020 period. In particular, it is proposed to cancel the state regulation of prices for socially significant products, including sunflower oil, declared the press-service of the Association on April 23.
According to the announcement, it would be reasonably to impose targeted grants for socially vulnerable groups.
Also, the Association proposes to reduce the time period for issuing of quarantine certificate to 24 hours after completion of loading of transport vehicles, creating of favorable conditions for the imports of boilers for sunflower hulls burning, etc.
In addition, "Ukroliyaprom" proposes to impose the export duties on rapeseed and soybeans, which will ensure the maximum processing rates of agricultural raw materials at domestic enterprises, and allow exporting the commodities with high added value.
