In the second decade of April, in Ukraine the weather conditions were unequal for growing and developing of the agricultural crops, as it is stated in the report of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
Under the conditions of warm-temperate weather and soil optimal provision with moisture the agrometeorological conditions for the winter crops vegetation were mostly favorable.
Besides, on the certain fields of the Central and Southern oblast there was pomegranate peel due to the intensive precipitations in the previous period which complicated the emerging of the early grain crops.
