Ukraine requires to impose the legislation canceling of any limitations on profitability of flour milling enterprises, declared Rodion Rybchinskiy, Head of Business Projects Division of APK-Inform Agency, during his speech at the roundtable discussion “Grain market development in terms of the new agrarian policy”, within frames of the international conference "Grain Forum & Maritime Days -2015" on May 28.
According to him, de facto there is no such regulation in Ukraine, but de jure it is still established. The situation is necessary to be solved, otherwise in difficult situations the regulation can be restarted, and then flour millers will face serious problems.
Also, he noted the need to legally regulate the issue of VAT refund on the exports of grains and its by-products. R.Rybchinskiy added that the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine should have the certain policy on support of individual segments of the agro-industrial complex, particularly flour and groats industries.
As a reminder, the public organization "Flour millers of Ukraine” proposes to cancel the limitations on profitability of flour milling enterprises and declaration of flour prices.
