As of July 23, agrarians harvested 18.476 mln tonnes of early grains and pulses throughout the areas of 5.643 mln ha, or 55% of the plan. The average yield totaled 3.27 t/ha, reported the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.
In particular, Ukraine harvested wheat throughout 3.627 mln ha (53%). The production volumes totaled 12.783 mln tonnes, with the yield of 3.52 t/ha.
Agrarians harvested 5.319 mln tonnes of barley throughout 1.843 mln ha (66%), with the yield of 2.89 t/ha.
Agrarians harvested rye throughout 15 thsd ha (10%). The produced volumes totaled 34 thsd tonnes, with the average yield of 2.31 t/ha.
Also, Ukraine harvested 10 thsd tonnes of oats throughout 6 thsd ha (3%), with the yield of 1.73 t/ha.
The peas production volumes reached 331 thsd tonnes (), with the yield of 2.17 t/ha. The harvested areas totaled 153 thsd ha (90%).
As for rapeseed, agrarians harvested 1.182 mln tonnes of the oilseed throughout 484 thsd ha (71%), with the average yield of 2.44 t/ha.
We should note that on the same date in 2014, agrarians harvested 19.804 mln tonnes of grains throughout 6.111 mln ha (62%), with the yield of 3.24 t/ha.
