Since the beginning of 2015/16 MY (July 1) and as of July 22, the volume of grain exports from Russia totaled 1.267 mln tonnes, a decrease of 33.6% compared with the same period last season, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on July 27, referring to operative data of the Federal Customs Service of Russia.
According to the announcement, the wheat volumes formed 700 thsd tonnes from the reporting export volumes, barley – 423 thsd tonnes, corn – 135 thsd tonnes, and other grains – 9 thsd tonnes.
