Since the beginning of 2015/16 MY (July 1) and as of July 29, the volume of grain exports from Russia totaled 1.598 mln tonnes, a decrease of 43.5% compared with the same period last season, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on July 29, referring to operative data of the Federal Customs Service of Russia.
According to the announcement, the wheat volumes formed 1.167 mln tonnes from the reporting export volumes, corn – 306 thsd tonnes, and other grains – 26 thsd tonnes.
