Russia will start the public purchasing interventions on the grain market since August 11, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on August 3.
According to the announcement, the reporting purchasing interventions will regulate the market of agricultural products, raw materials and food on the basis on new crop grains in the current year.
As a reminder, on August 3 Alexander Tkachev, Head of the Ministry, declared on the official plans to purchase nearly 2 mln tonnes of grains to the intervention fund in the current season.
