According to the monitoring data by experts of APK-Inform Agency, Russian exporters stopped concluding new contracts for the supply of milling wheat on foreign markets.

According to the market participants, the current situation was caused by the running devaluation of the Russian national currency, which led to reduction of the number of wheat offers on the market, and growing prices for the grain on its domestic market.

In addition, it is noted that in terms of unstable foreign exchange rates, the current mechanism for calculation of the export duties on grains does not allow providing for all possible risks and costs of new contracts conclusion, and planning any work for the nearest future.
