In the current week, only Crimean Exchange JSC will provide grain purchasing interventions to the public intervention fund of the Russian Federation.
The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia informed that grain selling auctions will take place on August 27 at the Crimean Exchange. The Moscow stock exchange will not hold grain purchasing operations in the current week.
As a reminder, on August 20, during the public purchasing interventions of grains at the Moscow stock exchange all grain selling auctions were canceled. Arkadiy Zlochevskiy, President of the Russian Grain Union, reported that to date, grain sellers do not see any sense in selling crops to the intervention fund, as the selling price for wheat is lower compared with the price on the domestic market.
